By visiting our site and/or purchasing precision mechanical gear from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

SECTION 1 - AGE ELIGIBILITY & USER RESPONSIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent and certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence).

IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNING:
High-tension mechanical slingshots fire high-density steel projectiles at high velocity. They are NOT toys. All equipment must be handled strictly by responsible adults in safe, controlled shooting ranges or private property with adequate backstops.
- You agree to wear ANSI-rated protective eyewear at all times during operation.
- You agree never to aim or discharge projectiles toward persons, domestic pets, protected wildlife, or public property.
- You agree to keep all slingshots, elastic bands, and carbon-steel ammo locked and out of reach of minors.

SECTION 2 - COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain, understand, and obey all applicable municipal, state, provincial, and national laws regarding the importation, ownership, possession, carry, and use of slingshots and related mechanical equipment in their local jurisdiction.

By placing an order with GearOrb, you warrant and represent that the products ordered can be lawfully purchased, imported, and possessed in your destination jurisdiction. GearOrb assumes no responsibility or liability for items seized, delayed, or confiscated by customs, postal inspectors, or law enforcement due to local restrictions.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS, ACCURACY & MODIFICATIONS
We make every effort to display and describe the specifications, tolerances (±0.01mm), anodized finishes, and features of our products as accurately as possible. 
- Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to industrial hard-anodizing batches and digital display calibration.
- Any unauthorized structural modification, custom machining, frame drilling, or severe over-stretching of band tension immediately voids all warranties and relieves GearOrb of any liability resulting from subsequent mechanical failure or injury.
- Our quick-feed magazine mechanism is calibrated specifically for ferrous magnetic steel balls (recommended 8mm or 9mm). Non-magnetic ammunition is not supported for auto-loading.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES & SERVICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product, component, or service without liability to you or any third party.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & PAYMENT PROCESSING
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to external websites not affiliated with us. 

We utilize secure, certified third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal) to process financial transactions. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, or content made in connection with any third-party websites.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GEARORB, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, BODILY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ELASTIC BAND SNAPBACK INJURY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

All content included on this website, including but not limited to text, CAD mechanical blueprints, exploded drawings, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and proprietary quick-feed magazine designs, is the property of GearOrb and protected by international copyright, trademark, and industrial design patent laws. Unauthorized reproduction or imitation is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 10 - SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial laws and the laws applicable to our business registration.
