1. Overview & Agreement Legality
This website is operated by GearOrb.COM. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the GearOrb™ brand. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website terminal. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these operational terms.
2. Made-to-Order Integrity & Billing
We reserve the right to refuse service or decline any order deployed to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made at our store.
Because all GearOrb™ products are individual, custom-crafted pre-order goods, you explicitly acknowledge that your card or PayPal account will be charged at the immediate point of purchase to reserve your manufacturing raw materials, not at the time of final shipping dispatch.
3. Modifications to Prices and Production
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in industrial manufacturing material costs or global postal freight variations.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or temporary production delays of our craft schedules. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction terminal on a case-by-case basis.
4. Third-Party Logistics & Terminal Liability
Your custom cargo is transferred onto third-party international postal networks (carriers) once outbound calibration inspection is complete. We provide tracking coordinate updates in good faith, but we do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that carrier delivery windows will be entirely uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
You agree that from time to time we may rely on local postal carriers to complete the final delivery terminal, and under no circumstances shall we be held liable for localized customs seizures, regional force majeure delays, or failure of local collection by the buyer.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall GearOrb.COM, our creators, team members, or logistics operators be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, product failure due to violent drop impact, or mechanical degradation resulting from alteration or misuse.
6. Governing Law & Support Node
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international e-commerce commercial codes.
