Returns & Refund Policy
We engineer GearOrb hardware for lifelong mechanical reliability. If your order does not meet your expectations, our transparent return framework ensures a fair and prompt resolution.
1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery. To qualify for a full refund or exchange:
- The slingshot frame and mechanical components must be in pristine, unmarred condition with no unauthorized modifications or polishing.
- All original modular attachments (ammo magazines, band retainers, hex keys, and spare hardware screws) must be returned in the original custom foam packaging.
- Proof of purchase (GearOrb order number and receipt) is required for authorization.
2. Return Authorization (RMA) Process
Please do not send packages back without prior authorization. Follow these 4 straightforward steps:
Submit RMA Request
Email yang@gearorb.com with your order # and reason for return.
Receive Instructions
Our team issues an official RMA authorization and the designated return depot address.
Ship with Tracking
Securely pack items into the original shockproof box and share the return waybill.
Inspection & Refund
Upon physical check, your refund is credited to your original payment method in 3–5 days.
3. Transit Damage & Factory Defects
If your shipment arrives damaged, missing parts, or exhibits mechanical misalignment straight out of the box:
- Notify our team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video showing the damage.
- GearOrb will provide an expedited replacement part or a brand-new complete unit at zero additional cost to you.
4. Consumables & Natural Wear (Bands & Ammo)
High-performance latex flat bands and elastic tubing are high-tension consumable items subject to friction and mechanical fatigue during shooting.
Bands that show wear or breakage from normal shooting practice are not covered under standard product returns. However, if bands arrive dried, torn, or defective upon initial unboxing, they will be replaced immediately under our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Defective / Incorrect Orders: If the return is due to manufacturing error or shipping mistake, GearOrb covers 100% of return shipping or provides a prepaid label.
Change of Mind / Discretionary Returns: For non-defective personal preference returns, the customer is responsible for the return carrier shipping fees to our regional return facility.
