Every single GearOrb™ is individually hand-crafted to order. Please review our production queues and delivery terms before purchasing.
1. Crafting & Production Schedule
Unlike mass-produced factory items, each GearOrb™ requires a 4.5-hour high-precision 3D printing process and meticulous manual assembly by our 3-person core team. We operate on a strict chronological queue system:
- Standard Production (Free Shipping): Orders are processed in the exact order they are received. Standard custom crafting takes approximately 5-8 business days before your unit is certified for dispatch.
- Priority Production (+$5.00): Selecting this upgrade at checkout grants your order immediate queue priority, bumping it into our next available 24-hour manufacturing slot. (Please note: This expedites our internal production line only; it does not speed up the external postal transit time).
2. Global Delivery & Customs
Once crafting and micro-calibration are complete, your package is securely handed over to our premium international shipping partners.
- Estimated Transit Time: Shipping typically takes 7-14 business days worldwide, depending on your local customs clearance and postal speed.
- Customs and Duties: For a seamless delivery experience, standard global shipments have duties pre-cleared where possible. Any additional localized import taxes required by your regional authorities remain the buyer's responsibility.
3. Order Tracking System
Complete transparency is a core standard of our service. As soon as your order passes outbound inspection, an automated shipping confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can use this tracking number to follow your package's live logistics updates directly on our website or through international tracking platforms like 17track at any time.
4. Delivery Issues & Liability
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are completely unable to reroute shipments once production is finalized and the shipping label has been printed.
- Incorrect Addresses: If a delivery fails because an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address was provided, we cannot issue a refund or a free replacement.
- Unclaimed Packages: If you refuse the delivery or fail to collect your package from your local post office within their holding period, the package will be abandoned by the carrier and is strictly non-refundable.
