Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Please read our operational warranty, cancellation limits, and return protocols thoroughly.
1. Order Cancellations (Pre-Order Window)
Because every GearOrb™ is individually hand-crafted and built to order based on your custom selection, our manufacturing process begins immediately after order verification.
- Cancellation Window: You may request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 Hours: Once an order passes the 24-hour window, raw materials are allocated and your unit enters the 3D printing queue. At this stage, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
2. 30-Day Mechanical Warranty & Defects
Every single unit undergoes rigorous manual spin testing and lubrication before it is certified for dispatch. We provide a 30-Day Craftsmanship Warranty starting from the day your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
- What is Covered: Internal planetary gear jams, unexpected bearing fluid rotation loss, or structural delamination occurring under normal, prescribed two-finger compression usage.
- What is NOT Covered: Surface scratches, cosmetic wear from regular desk friction, or catastrophic structural damage caused by drops, impacts, throws, or external violent force.
- The Resolution: If a genuine mechanical defect is verified within 30 days, we do not require you to ship it back. We will instantly dispatch a brand-new replacement unit completely free of charge.
3. Transit Damage & Claims
In the rare event that your package is damaged during international transit by the carrier, you must report it to our support terminal within 48 hours of delivery.
To file a successful transit claim, please email yangfangfang001@gmail.com with:
- Your official Order Number (e.g., #GearOrb-1001-...);
- Clear, high-resolution photos/videos showing the damaged shipping box and the broken item.
Once inspected and verified by our logistics managers, a replacement shipment will be prioritized and deployed immediately.
4. Standard Returns & Change of Mind
Due to the bespoke, hand-crafted nature of 3D-printed items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for "change of mind" or general dissatisfaction after the product has been unboxed and used.
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact original anti-static tech packaging it arrived in. The buyer is entirely responsible for covering the return international shipping fees with tracked postal services.
